I had planned to move straight on to the Animation Workshop in the spring, but
what I didn't know was that the Danish state didn't support the education at all,
so I would have to pay around 65000 DKr. myself.
I really didn't know what to do, but in the last minute a solution came up. I was hired as a part time
teacher at Brenderup for a year. This was great because it meant that I
could keep drawing animation exercises all through the year.
By summer '95 I was so tired of my glasses that I went out and bought contact lenses.
The change was pretty extreme, especially since I had long hair at the same time...
